BrilliencyInstructions on how to connect your utility data

In order to load your utility data into the platform, we first need your permission to access it.

There are three choices for how this can happen.  Select the option that is most comfortable for you.

  

Online Access

When you grant permission for Brilliency to access your online utility accounts on your behalf, we are able to pull the data electronically each month. This option works if you have an established username and password for your utility's web portal.

Third Party Authorization

When you complete a written authorization form for your utilities they will send us your utility data each month. This option works great for utilities that do not yet have web portals.

Email or Fax

We will manually update your usage when you email or fax your bill to us. We will remind you to send us your bill each month.
