Instructions on how to connect your utility data

Your utility data is yours.

In order to load your utility data into Brilliency, select the option that is most comfortable for you.



Request Data

We recommend selecting Third Party Authorization as the easiest way to ensure your data stays up-to-date with your Brilliency App. In just a few days or weeks, your data will arrive.

Third Party Authorization

When you complete a written authorization form for your utilities they will send us your utility data each month. This option works great for utilities that do not yet have web portals.

Email or Fax

We will manually update your usage when you email or fax your bill to us. We will remind you to send us your bill each month.
